CO-OWNER, BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Holly Kest oversees the firms’ internal systems and business operations. She is the left brain to Jarrett’s right brain. She keeps the business moving forward. With experience in customer service, project management, process improvement, sales, contracting and strategic planning she focuses on building and fine-tuning the firm’s systems, resources, people and processes while Jarrett focuses on design and construction. She is known for her tenacious approach to problems and troubleshooting abilities. Her superpower is to think big and go small to navigate problems and find solutions.
She is driven by making the world a better place and that drive leaves a wake of positivity behind her. From caring for her customers, her employees, her family and her community, she is always thinking of and acting on ways to help those in her life. Holly’s background is in hospitality; strategic planning, sourcing and contracting for conventions and meetings. She has been recognized over the years for her accomplishments in the hospitality industry; including successful account management, sales, and a proven ability to create solutions for her customers saving them time and money.
Holly was born, raised and went to school in Michigan. She has two great kids and a fat white cat Sebastian. She loves to travel, hike, ski, and get outdoors, is an avid reader and can’t seem to stop collecting books, ideas and friends.
